Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify:

  • All tags must remain attached

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration

Return Process

  2. Provide order number and reason for return

  3. Receive return instructions

  4. Ship the item using a trackable carrier

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned merchandise. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
